Step 1

Find the Perfect Design

We have many designs for you to choose from in our Design Gallery tab.  (Skip to step 2 if already designed).  If one of these designs fit your style, let us know which design you have chosen (the designs have a name below them that you will type in as the design chosen).  We create custom designs, meaning our designs can be adjusted to meet your style and needs (ie: fonts can be changed, colors of flowers adjusted, combine 2 designs into one, etc).  All of our designs can have a photo/collage added to the back of the invitation or we can print a photo separate as a 5×7 or 4×6 print.  If you do not find what you are looking for on our website, please contact us or visit our store in person for more options.

Step 2

Email Us Info/Photo or Design

Why we choose email for ordering.  We enjoy what we do and love being in contact with our customers.  We have found that email is a great way to have a personal and custom experience with less room for error. 

Already designed?  Please email Info@pg-printers.com your design as a PDF with crop marks and bleed or as a jpg. 

Need us to design?  Email Info@pg-printers.com We will need you to give us the wording for your invitations, enclosure cards and return address (if you chose). If you are not sure about wording and what order to put the wording, do your best to give us what you have, and we will design it according to our experience in wedding invitation design.  If you are adding a photo(s) to the back of the invitation or having us print one separately, please include photo(s) in the email.

*Please include a phone number in the email in case we have any questions or concerns.  

Step 3

Additional Info in Email

Printing on Envelopes?  We will need to know the return address. (See Pricing Page for samples of printed envelopes and pricing). If you are having us print Guest addresses, please email us a link to your google sheets or email us a spread sheet (PDF’s are not correct format).  The format for guest addresses: 3 columns; Column 1: Name, Column 2: Address, Column 3: City, State, Zip, Column 4: Country (if applicable).  If you have any questions or help setting this up, please contact us by email or call.

Quantities:  If you know the quantities, please include in your email.  Quantities can be adjusted at any time before final approval of your order.

Printed Proof:  We will print a proof for you to come and look at or we can mail you the proof.  Please let us know which you would prefer.

*We will email you a digital proof if we are designing.  Any changes we need to make can be discussed through email or over the phone.  Once the digital proof is approved, we will provide a printed proof or go straight to printing.

 

Step 4

PRINTING!

Printing is the final step!  Turnaround time for printing is 2 to 4 business days.

Pay when you pick up or call-in payment over the phone. If we are shipping your order, we will calculate shipping once we have it packaged and will call you for payment before we ship.
