STEP ONE

Find the Perfect Design

Explore our Design Gallery for a variety of options to suit your style!

  1. Browse Designs: If you find a design you love, simply note its name (located below each design) and share it with us.
  2. Customize Your Design: All our designs are customizable! Adjust fonts, flower colors, or even combine elements from two designs to create something uniquely yours.
  3. Add Photos: Enhance your invitations with a photo or collage on the back, or choose a separate 5×7 or 4×6 print.

STEP TWO

Email Us Info/Photo or Design

Why We Choose Email for Orders
At PG Printers, we love what we do and enjoy connecting with our customers. We’ve found email to be the best way to provide a personal and customized experience while minimizing the chance of errors.

Already Designed?

If you’ve created your design, please email it to info@pg-printers.com as:

A PDF with crop marks and bleed Or a high-resolution JPG or PNG

Need Us to Design?

Email info@pg-printers.com with the following details:

  1. Wording: Include the text for your invitations, enclosure cards, and return address (if needed). Not sure about the wording? Share what you have, and we’ll craft it based on our expertise in wedding invitation design.
  2. Photos: If adding photos to the back of the invitation or printing them separately, include them in your email.

Important

Don’t forget to include your phone number in the email so we can reach out with any questions or clarifications.

STEP THREE

Additional Info in Email

Printing on Envelopes: To assist with envelope printing, here’s what we need:

Return Address:  Provide your return address (see our Pricing Page for examples of printed envelopes and pricing).

Guest Addresses:  Send us a Google Sheets link or a spreadsheet saved as a .csv file (PDFs are not compatible).

Format example for your spreadsheet:

Column 1: Name  Column 2: Address  Column 3: City, State, Zip  Column 4: Country (if applicable)

Quantities: If you know the quantities, include them in your email. Quantities can be adjusted anytime before final approval.

Proofing Options: We offer both digital and printed proofs:

Digital Proof: If we’re designing, we’ll email you a digital proof. Any changes can be discussed via email or phone.

Printed Proof: Choose to either: Review the printed proof in-store, or have it mailed to you.

Once the proof is approved, we’ll move forward with printing.

STEP FOUR

PRINTING!

Printing: The Final Step!  We’re almost there! The turnaround time for printing is 2 to 4 business days.

Payment Options

Pick-Up Orders: Pay when you pick up or call us to make a payment over the phone.

Shipped Orders: Once your order is packaged, we’ll calculate shipping costs and call you for payment before we ship.
